Parents, preregister for our 2019-2020 programs here. If you have more than 1 child, complete this for 1 and then email k.headley@razzledazzlenm.net with your name and phone number and you will receive a call back to register the second child. You can also use an alternate tablet, phone or PC to complete the second registration yourself. Using the SAME device will override your first childs information. 

ATTENTION:

School teams are billed a $50 yearly registration and $60/month on the 25th of each month starting August 25, 2019 and going through April 25, 2020.
 

This invoice includes the $50 registration, as well as $60 per month through the end of the school season which will be auto billed to your credit card on file on the 25th of each month for the up coming month.

 If you need to cancel your membership you must email the office manager at k.headley@razzledazzlenm.net BEFORE the 24th and auto billing takes place. If you do not want to be on auto billing you can pay $70 per month in cash or money order in office or by mail.

Please make sure and check the box that says "DEPOSIT ONLY" when you check out so your card is only charged $110 today
 for the registration fee and April dues.
